  • What's New?
X Change is now two full days of Huddles and will include an even more extensive lineup of Huddles and experts. This year’s venue combines hotel and conference facilities, so you’ll be able to spend even more time networking and talking measurement. The Ritz Carlton Hotel promises fantastic food and service along with a large number of outstanding meeting rooms clustered together in one tight-knit area. So we’ll be able to move and mix freely between huddles.

    We know our strengths!
X Change has an intimate format and size, with a total absence of sales messaging and sponsored talks and a focus on peer-to-peer conversation. To hear how different and special this format is, check out our recap from last year's conference.

X Change attendees select from a wide variety of small group Huddles. These sessions are facilitated by leading experts in web analytics – each picking the topics that they care most about. These practitioners will work peer-to-peer with attendees on subjects as diverse as analysis-based reporting, mobile measurement, analytics data integration, and new directions in areas like voice-of-customer and customer-experience-management combined with web analytics. Most Huddles have at least 2-3 experts involved and the participants represent some of the most advanced users of web analytics in the world.

Did we mention the Location? The San Francisco Ritz Carlton
What’s the single most important ingredient in making X Change great? You are. The quality of attendees is the key to an event like X Change where conversation is the point. So we make sure you’re treated right. The Ritz Carlton in San Francisco isn’t just the only Mobil Five Star and AAA Five Diamond hotel in one of the best cities in the world – it’s a place of unmatched culinary sophistication, refined comfort and gracious service.

    What is the Goal?
Traditional conferences necessarily appeal to a fairly low common denominator. With so many people, they need to make sure that topics are broad, understandable and general interest. But after you’ve attended one or two, how much more you can get from them? With X Change, the conversational format is ideal for building real relationships with both experts and peers. It allows participants to delve deeply into the topics that matter to them. To air their own problems, opinions and experiences. All in a setting that is remarkably professional. Because at X Change, there are no sales pitches, no booths, no corporate sponsored speeches.

    TESTIMONIAL:
"... It was great having other agencies there because they asked questions that I may not have asked, and that vendor was able to answer that question. I can take that away. I might not get that at a different conference!"
