What kinds of information does Semphonic™ collect from me?

What Personally Identifiable Information does Semphonic™ collect from me?

During registration, Semphonic™ asks for your name, title, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address, organization name, organization mailing address, organization phone number, organization website, credit card number, credit card expiration date, credit card authorization number, and term selection. This information is used to verify your identity, bill you for Semphonic Services, as well as notify you of any event that may affect your Semphonic™ services. Semphonic™ also asks how you heard about Semphonic for research purposes. Once you register you are no longer anonymous to Semphonic™.
